Our 8-week virtual support pod is an intimate circle of caregivers — held online, from the comfort of your home — offering a consistent, nourishing space to breathe, be witnessed, and begin to heal.
Each weekly session follows a gentle, intentional flow — body awareness, breathwork, a sharing circle, and a closing meditation or movement practice — designed to leave you more resourced than when you arrived.
Included in your pod:
— 8 weekly group sessions via Zoom
— Breathwork, somatic practices and sharing circle each week
— A closing meditation or gentle movement to integrate each session
— 16 short video practices delivered directly to your inbox — 2 per week — guiding you through breathwork and somatic tools you can use anytime between sessions
— One private 1:1 Somatic Coaching session with either Dessa or Susan
Your individual coaching session is an opportunity to go deeper — to be met one on one with full presence, compassionate listening and somatic support tailored entirely to you and your journey.
Your weekly videos are yours to keep — a personal library of breathwork and somatic practices to return to long after the pod ends.
