Tuesday, July 14, 7:00 - 8:30 pm PST90-Minute Somatic Breathwork Journey
In this 90-minute somatic breathwork journey, you'll be guided through circular breathing — held by verbal cues, rhythmic music, and a space created entirely for you.
As the breath deepens, something begins to shift. The nervous system — so often locked in survival mode — starts to soften and reset. The body releases what it has been quietly carrying: tension, grief, the invisible weight of always being needed.
What can emerge is clarity, stillness, and a felt sense of coming home to yourself.
This experience was created with caregivers in mind — especially those supporting children with PANS/PANDAS, Autism, and other complex needs. When your days are spent holding so much for others, your nervous system needs a place to land, to exhale, and to remember what it feels like to simply be.
You give so much. This is your space to receive.
What to Expect
Expect a lying-down, eyes-closed breathwork journey guided through music and verbal cues. The session begins with time to ground and drop into the body, followed by a short meditation to support presence and connection. The first half of the journey focuses on active, clearing breathwork, while the second half is deeply restorative. The session concludes with time to ground once more and an optional opportunity to share reflections or insights that may have arisen.

Unlike traditional breathwork practices, Somatic breathwork is uniquely designed to work with your body’s nervous system, not against it, ensuring a safe, effective, and a scientifically-backed pathway to transformation. This practice isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about unlocking the full potential of your nervous system for lasting emotional and physiological balance. Each session invites mindful pacing—honoring personal comfort, slowing down when needed, and staying attuned to what feels right in the moment.
-
Because this breathwork journey can take you into deep states of release, it’s best to lie down throughout the practice. The intensity of strong, deep breathing may sometimes bring on lightheadedness, so lying down helps keep the body safe and supported.
